I bring a wealth of experience to the table with 20 years working at a senior level in the emergency services, the last decade working on large-scale government-backed change programmes.

As a leader, I effortlessly transition between strategic and tactical thinking, adeptly navigating between the “dance floor” and the “balcony.”
